EasyGerber, a Delaware corporation in the United States, operates EasyGerber and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@easygerber.com.

This policy covers our website, accounts, design tools, AI features, and public sharing. Our Terms of Service describe the agreement for using the service.

• Account and profile information. Your email address, name, username, profile image, and any biography or website you add. If you sign in with Google, we receive account identifiers and the profile information needed for sign-in. We also record sign-in methods, sessions, and an approximate signup country when available.
• Your work. Board designs, prompts, conversation history, uploaded files and images, saved parts lists, generated outputs, and the sharing choices you make.
• Community activity. Public boards, copies, stars, follows, profile changes, and design activity.
• Technical and usage information. IP addresses, browser and device information, session and visitor identifiers, requested pages, feature usage, errors, performance information, and generation diagnostics. When usage analytics is enabled, events can be associated with your visitor identifier and account.
• Communications. Information you send us in support messages, reports, or privacy requests.

We use information to sign you in, save and retrieve your work, generate and revise designs, prepare exports, provide sharing features, send sign-in emails, and respond to requests.

We also use technical information and generation records to diagnose problems, understand how features perform, improve the service, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Authorized staff may inspect relevant designs, conversations, uploads, and diagnostics for these purposes.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our agreement with you for requested services; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service where those interests are not overridden by your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and consent for processing that requires it.

When you use an AI feature, the relevant prompt, conversation context, design information, and any relevant attachment content are sent to an AI provider to process your request. Depending on the feature and model, these providers include OpenAI and Anthropic. Avoid submitting information you do not have permission to share for that purpose.

We also use providers for authentication, email delivery, hosting, databases, and file storage. These include Google for Google sign-in and Resend for sign-in emails. Infrastructure providers process the information needed to host and operate the service.

AI providers may retain request data under the terms and data-handling agreements that apply to their API services. Retention periods can differ between providers. Contact us with questions about provider processing before submitting confidential information.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the service.

Your public profile can show your username, display name, avatar, biography, website, pinned public boards, stars, and follower relationships. Your profile’s activity calendar includes daily activity counts from private boards, without exposing their titles or design contents.

Publishing a board makes its design and the conversation included in its public version available to other people. Private attachment references are removed from the public version, but text or design details derived from an attachment may still be visible. Review the entire public version before sharing.

Public material can be indexed by search engines and copied or downloaded by others. Making a board private or deleting it does not remove independent copies, search-engine caches, or rights already granted under the public board license. See the public sharing terms.

We use cookies to support sign-in and maintain your session. When first-party usage analytics is enabled, we also use a visitor cookie to connect visits and feature activity. That analytics cookie has a lifetime of up to one year and can be renewed through subsequent use.

You can remove or block cookies in your browser. Blocking session cookies can prevent sign-in and other account features from working. Removing cookies does not delete records already stored by the service.

The app does not currently change its collection behavior in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal.

Saved account information, designs, conversations, and uploads do not currently have a single automatic expiry period. How long information is needed depends on the service it supports, security and troubleshooting needs, and applicable legal obligations.

Deleting a board removes it from your active boards. It does not automatically erase every associated upload, generation input, output, diagnostic record, or backup. Generation records can remain after a board is deleted, and previously shared copies can remain with other users.

To request account closure or deletion of personal information, email hello@easygerber.com. Requests require review; there is currently no self-service account deletion control. We will explain any information that must be retained and any applicable limits when handling your request.

You can edit available profile information in your account settings and change the visibility of your boards. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

We accept requests to opt out of the sale of personal information or its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising from everyone, wherever they live. Visit Your Privacy Choices to email a request. You do not need an account or to sign in.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to receive a portable copy of information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent for processing based on consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Send requests to hello@easygerber.com. We may need to verify your identity for requests to access, correct, or delete personal information. Sale or sharing opt-out requests do not require identity verification, although we may ask for the information needed to identify the data your request concerns. We will handle requests within the time limits required by applicable law.

We use access controls and other technical measures to protect accounts and stored content. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

EasyGerber is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Contact us for information about the providers, processing locations, and any transfer safeguards relevant to your data.

We may update this policy when the service or our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by applicable law.
